Gary Sackrison, MD, attended Loma Linda University School of Medicine in California. He completed his family medicine residency at University of Minnesota Department of Family Practice and Community Health at North Memorial Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Dr. Sackrison has more than 15 years of experience in family medicine. He spent the last several years in Plano and McKinney before opening his practice in Richardson.
Board certified in family medicine, Dr. Sackrison specializes in preventive health and cardiovascular disease prevention. He was named one of the “Best Doctors in Dallas” by D Magazine in 2005 and 2007. Dr. Sackrison enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time with his wife and three children. He also enjoys jogging and cycling in an effort to keep up with his kids.
Daniel Flaming, MD, attended Loma Linda University School of Medicine in Loma Linda, California. He completed his family medicine residency at Baylor Medical Center at Garland. Before coming to Richardson, he was with a group practice in Plano, serving as medical director of its satellite office.
Board certified in family medicine, Dr. Flaming has more than seven years of experience. His medical interests include primary care, prevention counseling, and treatment of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes. In his spare time, Dr. Flaming enjoys playing basketball and is very active in his local church. His wife grew up in Richardson, and they have twin daughters in the second grade.
Texas law prohibits hospitals from practicing medicine. Dr. Sackrison and Dr. Flaming are independently practicing physicians employed by the Richardson Physician Alliance and are not employees or agents of Methodist Health System or Methodist Richardson Medical Center.
